Question : Sir I had protected vaginal sex just 2 min and unprotected oral sex for 5 min, this is my first and last sexual acttivity ,that girl is house wife prostitute. after 35 days I got two test ELFA and PCR DNA QUALITATIVE test both test results are came non reactive and non deducted .then after 45 days I ask to my sex partner to take test , my sex partner also accepted to take test , my partner test is ELISA and PCR DNA QUALITATIVE hiv 1 both test results are came back non reactive and non deducted , still I have little scared so pls help me and this results are how much accurate or after 3 month test is require?

You had protected vaginal sex and the risk of HIV from oral sex is very less so don't get worried. PCR DNA qualitative and ELISA test of both the partner are also negative after 30 days then these results are considered highly reliable and accurate.

As such there is no risk of HIV in your case and no need to go for repeat test but as per international HIV guidelines you need to get tested again after 3 months to get 100% conclusive result nothing else. Be relaxed, forget the episode and move on in life.

Thank you very much sir, ur answer is very hopeful sir and ur my great doctor in my life . but I 'have worry about the other std but I dont have any other symptoms till now. Today is 57 th day and that lady partner also don't have any other std symptoms she is very well . So any other std test is require or not ?
