Brief Answer:
You should do 4th generation HIV test after 28 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.

Please let me know when you say that your penis was wet you mean with vaginal fluids of her or maybe with your semen?

Could you Please, determine exactly what the situation was because this makes a huge difference.

You should know that unprotected vaginal intercourse is a highly efficient route of HIV transmission because high concentrations of HIV can occur in semen and vaginal fluids and because the genital tissues are very susceptible to infection.

So, based on this details, I think that if your genital tissues were in contact with vaginal fluids of the sex worker, supposed infected with HIV there exist the risk to be exposed to HIV and other STI.
In this case, I suggest to do tests for STI and a 4th generation test after 28 days and then after 3 months in order to be more accurate.

I hope my answer helps you. Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.
