                                            Question : Hello doctor,
I went to massage parlour for massage. After finishing massage , that girl did masturbation for me with her hand . Can you please tell me whether HIV/STD INFECTION will spread through her hand . I checked her hand before doing masturbation it was clean and no bleeding. I'm worried whether any infection will spread through her hand

                                    Brief Answer:
Herpes can be transmitted
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
 Your anxiety is understandable.
HIV is not transmitted through clean hands.
STDs like herpes can be transmitted from the girl if she has small ebrasions or ulcers over hands (sometimes, these are not readily noticeable). Especially as she does it quite often to strangers, it is difficult to say that she is free from herpes.
however, there is no need to panic as the risk of transmission of other STDs is very low.
bye.

                                    Brief Answer:
1 week
Detailed Answer:
If she doesn't have herpes, she is as good as you and can't transmit herpes. The incubation period of herpes is around 7 days. So if you were to get it you would be having ulcers over the point of contact at this time. I think it is already more than a week, right? So first stop worrying.
You can diagnose herpes only when you get blisters or ulcers as it is generally not a blood stream infection unless you are immunocompromised (eg:hiv etc).
As long as you don't have ulceration , you need not worry. Mind you , it is a treatable condition and hence, focus your attention away from it.
all the best.
