Can HIV Or HSV Be Contracted Through Hand And Foot Massage?

You had massage for hands and feet only. You were on with your dress. There is no possibility of HIV,HPV or other STDs. Moreover HIV/HPV would not manifest overnight. Transmission of HIV is unlikely through this means.
This could be due to Herpes simplex virus infection recurrence if you had previous history of sexual exposures. Otherwise it could be simple skin infections like folliculitis, furuncle etc. Consult a Dermatologist and get well soon.

1) I have attached clear pictures now this came after one day of massage,what is it pls suggest
2) I have taken engirex B on 23 dec 2015 and revac B on 25 January 2016 and third dose is in May but I want to make it 4 dose as antibodies not boosted can I take revac B tomorrrow with hbv vaccine booster , so that I will be sure that I will not contract hbv, pls guide

Once again these lesions are not fit with HIV, HBV, HPV. HSV recurrence also is unlikely. This could be due to some superficial staphylococcal infection. Sometimes biopsy may be necessary to confirm the diagnosis. Not related to STD and the possibility of STD is unlikely as you did not have any sexual activities. STD can not occur with casual contacts. Consult a dermatologist and he/she will guide you better.
You don't need no HIV RNA PCR test for you.
Even though this test can detect the presence of infection as early as 7 days, it will be considered more conclusive after 3-4 weeks.

Sir whenever I meet any girl or touch her without sexual intercourse I will experience this things wetness near penis are means the place between penis and thighs,with bad smell and same like that in armpit wet and very bad smell and tongue becomes white and body aches will start

Painful lymph node enlargement over groin could be due to many reasons. consult a doctor, get examined and he/she will guide you further. You have no chance to get HIV/STD through this massauge.
