Question : I am so embarrassed by even asking this. I have visited a massage parlour about 12 days ago. the girl spit on my penis and gave me a hand job. I quickly went and washed my sexual organs. I do get cols sores. Is there a risk of getting genital hsv specially hsv 2 by this incident ? thanks

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist abd venereologist).

If she had oral sores/ orolabial herpes infection with hsv 2.there is a risk of transmission because there was direct contact with her oral salivary secretions.
