Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

I am sorry that you're dealing with significant discomfort. If you talk to Advil earlier this afternoon it would be safe for you to take the hydrocodone with acetaminophen for now.

if you are using both of these medications you would want to separate the dosing by at least eight hours.

Please contact your primary care physician for a follow-up consultation, physical examination and to obtain treatment plan to help you regain optimal health.

Thanks again for sending the question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
