I can understand your concern here.

This combination of drug is better to be avoided during pregnancy or otherwise also because it may cause irregularities of heart rhythm.( although a rare side effect ).

It may cause dizziness, faintness, light headache and sometimes heart problems.

So you should consult your treating doctor for the same and if its use is unavoidable than please keep a watch on its side effects.
