Ibuprofen is good for pain. Generally, I will not recommend that you use this drug continuously as it can cause gastritis and impaired kidney function. It is good to use it when it is very much required and not as a routine. You may want to use and interchange with tylenol if that helps as well.
Generally, I recommend 1200mg daily with good meals. Beyond this, I am not very comfortable doing so.
