False positive reactions are not known to occur with lidocaine.

Cocaine false positives can rarely occur with persons using the antibiotic amoxicillin or coca leaf teas.
Lidocaine is not known to have this effect.

ive been also taking advil pms along with 5mg percosets and ambeins at times to sleep along with the lidocain patchs could that cause a positive for cocain?

At present, these are the agents that are known to cause a false positive test result for cocaine (amoxicillin/ampicillin, coca leaves)

If a false positive occurred, there is a test called the GC-MS that can clear up any problems.
It is highly accurate and can determine if a person had a false positive result
