Question : Hi Dr, my 3 months old is suffering from cough and cold, 100F fever axillary. Doctor prescribed Maxtra drops, can we use it safely? Any other suggestions?

Maxtra drops are used for cold in children. You can use Maxtra drops safely.
For fever, you should use crocin drops.
Most likely this cold is due to cold weather.
If child is not feeding well or is less active, then you should get the child examined by a doctor.
