Brief Answer:
okay to take together

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your question. There is no problem taking methylprednisolone, benzonatate and azithromycin together. The combination of medications sounds like you are taking them for bronchitis or an upper respiratory condition. One thing you need to be aware of is that the methylprednisolone can cause abdominal pain and even ulcers. Inn some people the azithromycin can also cause stomach cramping. The blood and mucus in your stools is concerning and should be checked out by a doctor as this may or may not be related to your medications.

Have you just had the abdominal pain and stool changes since you have been on the medications? Also how long have you been on the medications?

Give me some more information and I will try to give you a more complete answer.
