Question : I suffer from extremely painful and heavy periods and have no luck skipping periods by skipping sugar pills in my birth control. My next period falls on the days I will be on my honeymoon and I would like to be prescribed Noresthisterone or Norethindrone to delay my period until my Honeymoon is over. Will a standard doctor be willing/able to prescribe me or do i need to see an OBGYN?

To delay the periods, norethisterone is the best option. You can start the tablets at least 5 days before the expected date of your periods and continue taking them till you want to delay the periods. Your GP can prescribe the tablets to you. But it is best to consult an OBGYN if possible as she can understand your situation better.
