Question : Is it ok if I give my 12 months old baby orofer xt suspension instead of orofer xt drop 1 ml daily for 3 months?

Hi....you can use oroferXT syrup. No problem. But you need to use a different dose as the strength is different.

Please get back with weight of the child so that I can suggest the dose.

Hi... the strength of orofer XT syrup is 30 milligrams per 5 ml. For your kid's weight you should give 5 ml once a day for 3 months.

When you are giving iron supplements like this the motion can be black in colour so do not worry about it.
