You are concerned about taking Phenergan, Methocarbamol and tizanidine together. The major interactions is that these medications can all cause sedation or sleepiness. I would not recommend driving or doing anything that requires you to be alert. Other than the excessive sedation there are no other drug to drug interactions to be concerned about
