Brief Answer:
It may cause serotonin syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us.

You figured it out right as these have potential to cause a potential side effect called serotonin syndrome which encompasses symptoms like confusion, seizures, cardiac arrythmias and variety of other symptoms. Though this is a rare happening but is one of major side effects because of its gravity. So it is thought to be avoided in most cases. You need to discuss these with your prescribing physician and ask for preferable alternates. If you experience any of these symptoms immediately stop the medicines.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. else close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions. Regards.
