Can A CSP Visual Be Blocked By The Fetus' Hand?

Question : My daughter is 20 weeks and she had a ultra sound done and When the technician consulted with the doctor he said Everything measured perfect. 4 days later her OBGYN called and said everything measured fine but, she saw a note with CSP on it and she did not know what that meant, We went on the internet and found out what CSP was and when my daughter was having the ultra sound the tech could not get some photos because the baby's hand was in the way. Is it possible that she was un able to get a visiual of the CSP because the baby's hand was in the way, or can something be wrong. She will have another ultra sound done in 4 weeks. Also in the beginning she had a lot of bleeding she went to the hospital and they did not know where the bleeding was coming from, she bled for about 4 days. And when the doctor call her today she told her the ultra sound also showed she had a bruise inside and maybe the bleeding was caused by that. Why can't they know why she was bleeding.

CSP is a normal brain structure and if it is seen on the scan it reassures that the brain development in baby is normal. If the note says that CSP is seen then it is normal. It is possible that it was not seen clearly by technician due to the position of hand. Repeat scan will clear this doubt.
The source of bleeding is usually detectable on ultrasound if the bleeding is present. After the bleeding has stopped the placenta attaches and heals the area. Only a clot can be recognised then.
