What Causes The Legs To Pulse And Throb?

Hi,
I took the Plan B pill 22 hours ago and I've been recently experiencing some pulsing and throbbing in my legs. I haven't noticed much discoloration but notice a green spot (like a bruise). I am aware that blood clots may occur from the pill, but I'm just wondering if I have anything to worry about at the moment.

Plan B can cause lower abdominal pains and cramps. This cab be carried to lower lags as stress.
