Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Thanks for consulting Healthcare magic .
This is Dr. Priyanka Tiwari answering your query .

Read your query as far as toothache (infected tooth ) and burning sensation at tip of ear is concerned burning sensation can be as refered (radiating ) pain .Burning sensation Problem that you are facing might be due to infected tooth . As you are asking about symptoms of infected tooth it cause pain and swelling (Abscess) in gums and if infection get aggrevated it can cause difficulting in mouth opening .

For this I will suggest you do not delay , consult good oral surgeon and get radiograph done to see the extent of infection and to rule out whether Root canal treatment can be done or not . If more amount of tooth structure is lost then go for Extraction . Inmeantime Do warm saline gargle 2 to 3 times a day , Maintain good oral hygiene , you can take medicine like Novaclox or Forticlave with Metronidazole and Analgesic like Ibugesic plus or Ketrol dt by consulting with local doctor for infected tooth .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
