Question : can allegies be cured?
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us.
Cure is a big word and the holy grail for conditions like allergy, autoimmunity and malignancies.
However, there have been excellent advances in the field of allergy & immunology by which very good control of symptoms is possible. Some people do not have to take antihistamine medications.
Immunotherapy is the option for intractable allergies and depends on the tye of allergies you have.
This treatment gives you control for nearly 10 years after 3-5 years of therapy.
Thanks.
