Yes, only 7 and 8 cranial nerve.

Hi, thanks for your query.
Yes, a ent specialist , that too a neuro otologist can do it. And he can do only a decompression of vestibulocochealar nerve and facial nerve only.
Other cranial nerve are done by neurosurgeon.
