Brief Answer:
Depends on GFT or creatinine clearance.

Detailed Answer:

Hello XXXXXXX

Thank you for the query.

Although creatinine is a widely used parameter for kidney function tests, it is not sufficient to say about the kidney function. We need GFR rate / Creatinine clearance. We can calculate it with the weight of the person. So please provide it.

Repaglinide is safely tolerated in renal failure until creatinine clearance is 40ml/min. Lesser than that needs dose adjustments. However Eurepa1 given seems to be a safe dose for me.

Thank you.
