Brief Answer:
It's just because of anxiousness

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I have read your medical query and I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that as your reports are normal and your symptoms are not suggestive of heart disease. It's your anxiety that's causing this problem your heart is all fine.

As you are telling it mostly happens when you go through some situation which is stressful for you like interview or travelling in plane. This causes an increase in your sympathetic drive which leads to increased heart rate and finally palpitations.

STARCAD BETA is a good drug for this and if your symptoms troubles you then you should continue with the medicine regularly as prescribed by your doctor.

If even after taking medicine regularly this thing happens again and again then to get rid of it completely you can go for ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL STUDY and RADIO FREQUENCY ABLATION for permanent solution.

I hope this information will answer your query. If you have any other doubts you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
