Can Cranberry Juice on an empty stomach cause dysentery.

Dear Friend
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
It is very unlikely that Cranberry juice would cause dysentry/diarrhea.
It is possible in 2 conditions:
1. Infected juice
2. Allergy to cranberry- (If you have taken it for the first time it is a possibility).

I would advise you to take lot of oral fluids or Oral Rehydration solution to avoid dehydration.
Simultaneously you can also take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day for 3 days.
