Question : I have been finding round pills in my poop that have a red gelatins substance inside. I'm having no diarrhea or pain, but I've excluded any pills I take as the source. What can Thisbe?

The presence of round pills with red gelatin inside could be related to :
- any supplement you've been using recently
- any meds
- foods you've been taking

As you have excluded meds, then supplements containing fecal microbiota (probiotics ) can cause it or any new food/ drink you've been eating recently.
