there is no connection to robotic prostate surgery and your allergic rhinitis. Actually the antihistamines you've probably used in the past may have worsened the clinical presentation of the prostate enlargement. Obviously you can breathe through the mouth, if you're congested.
The drugs of anesthesia may also cause allergic reactions but only if you're allergic to them.
