Brief Answer:
If your hip movement and muscle power is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

As per your age and history probably you are having SMA type 2.
If your hip movement and muscle power is normal you can do sex.
Hip abduction [taking legs away from centre laterally] is important sex and delivery of baby, so if this movement are normal you can give birth to baby.

As SMA is genetic disease you need to do prenatal genetic check up to see weather karyotyping is normal.
You can consult your treating doctor before and after conception.

You may consult physiotherapist for guidance. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case. If required you can use orthotic supportive for improving walking.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
