What Should I Do For Endonetrioma On Left Groin?

I have an endometrioma on my left groin and I m scared it has ruptured but dont know, the doctors I have seen have never seen this in this particular location. My platelet count never rises above 9600, so they can t remove it. What would be the symptoms if it burst? I have leaking from it and INTENSE pain (I can t walk given the position of it even.) any advice for next step?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that surgery will be a very risky option for you because of low platelet levels. I would suggest you to take dinogest tablet 2mg once daily for 6 months.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
