Brief Answer:
Magnesium chloride

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Magnesium cholride is not given as supplementation. Only Magnesium sulfate or magnesium citrate can be used.

However it is important to know why you have low magnesium. Most of the times it is along with calcium deficiency. Please get your urine tested for loss of calcium and magnesium

I hope I was of help, if you have any further query please get back to me
