Brief Answer:
STDs have been ruled out adequately. No more tests required.

Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar(dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
As far as the nature of sexual contact is concerned it does not pose any risk of STDs. Handjob, breast massage, fingering are absolutely safe and moreover oral sex too is relatively safe. Moreover your screening tests for STDs are absolutely fine. Urine culture and urine routine too are fine- do not suggest any infection of urogenital tract. The inflammatory changes in epididymis are perhaps due to a blood borne infection or more likely due to trauma. The symptoms started more than 2 months after your last sexual contact - means they are unrelated. I suggest you to continue with the oral antibiotic, doxycycline as suggested by your doctor for 1 month. In addition you may take an oral anti inflammatory e.g tab. flexon, twice daily for 10 days. No more STDs screening required.

Brief Answer:
Candidal balanitis

Detailed Answer:
hi.

trauma during aggressive masturbation or handjob.
Itch on penis after intercourse is perhaps due to yeast infection i.e candidal balanitis. In candidal balanitis one can see macerated papules which appear fluid filled and easy rupture. I suggest you to use a topical antifungal cream e g candid-B cream, twice daily. In addition you may also take a tablet of fluconazole 150mg once daily for 3 days. Recurrent candidal balanitis may be because your wife may be having candidal vulvovaginitis.. If your wife also complains of itching and vaginal discharge she must also take oral fluconazole 150mg tablet of 3 days. In addition she may insert a clotrimazole vaginal pessary (candid v6 pessary) nightly for 6 nights.
