Brief Answer:
Antibiotics , inpatient care and intervention if need be

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Disseminated gonococcal infection is a bacteremic spread of neisseria gonorrhoeae to whole body and all mucosa needs to be cultured like rectum, pharynx, cervix and urethra. With DIG, i am afraid it will need extensive antibiotics coverage with out wasting any more time and assess for arthralgias and any joint fluids and pus collection in which case surgery may be considered.

Nutshell, widespread gonorrhea needs extensive antibiotics of cephalosporins and surgical intervention if there is pus collected some where. Talk to an infectious disease specialist for further guidance.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
