Brief Answer:
IVF is best for you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The cyst that the doctor removed was an endometriotic cyst. The chances of natural conception and normal ovulation with such cysts is very unlikely.
To conceive, you have an option- IVF. IUI is another procedure which is done if the ovary is normal. In your wife's case, IUI will not help you which is a less expensive procedure.
In IVF, the eggs are collected from ovary and are fertilized with husband's sperms in a laboratory and then embryos are implanted in the uterus. The chances of having a baby by IVF in a cycle are 25-30%.
Your doctor has suggested you correctly. It is best to go with her advise.

Brief Answer:
IVF is a better option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen all the attached reports. Both the ovaries are affected with the cysts. Both the tubes were dilated. The chances of conception with IUI are less. If you can go for IVF then the chances of success are higher. It is best to try for IVF.
Hope my answer is helpful.
