Brief Answer:
Yes it is possible sir/ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Oh yes, it is certainly possible to have a cold forehead with a fever. At times, with a few infections hypothermia can result but this is best reported to medical personnel.

Some infections can cause hypothermia, some simple and some more serious (e.g. pneumonia) and so I would urge you to report to a doctor at the earliest just to make sure all is well; i.e. if you have not reported to a doctor already.

In my opinion, this is nothing serious but I would certainly rest assured knowing that you have been seen by a doctor. I hope you find my response helpful, please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
