Detailed Answer:
Hi there
I am Dr Mittal

I am a bit unclear about the nature of the query
Are you trying to ask about the complications in pregnancy related to the blood groups? I am going to answer this as your query.

No, same blood groups is not a problem. In fact that is probably the safest combination of blood groups to have.
The problem arises when the mother is a different blood group as the father (as per the Rhesus system) and the baby has the father's blood group. The mother's body than attacks the fetus.

In your case, both are B+. So there is no chance of a mismatch.
So there is no discrepancy. Your child will be B+ as well.
So mother's blood will accept the child's blood group.

I hope that answers you
Best of luck
