Is It Possible For Two Negative Parents To Produce A Positive Baby?

I was previously told that a rhesus negative mother and a rhesus negative father could only ever produce a rhesus negative baby. However, recently a Doctor told me that this wasn't always the case. Is it possible to clarify to me whether two negative parents can produce a positive baby, and how that works? I work in maternity healthcare and feel embarrassed I cant answer patients questions regarding this

Thanks for the query.
The answer to this really important question is yes.
As there are two Rh genes, RhD and RhCE. There are also other genes with names like Kell, Duffy and Kidd that can cause similar problems.
One might be negative but other might be positive.

Hope i helped you.
