Question : Hello doctor ,can you please tell me how much iron content in following supplements.

                                    Brief Answer:
Doesnt
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Whey proteins and body mass supplements usually don't contain any iron so these ones also don't report iron in their certificate. If you need iron supplements, you should take it separately as iron pills. However, these supplements that you showed me,contain vitamin B and zync which are required for better iron absorption in bowels so it may improve your red blood picture.
Wish you good health. Regards
