Question : My 5 year old son has a bruise 2x2 in on the inside knee area of left leg. It has a white raised bump that is hard to the touch. No other symptoms.

There is no reason to worry.
Apply some thrombophob gel thrice daily for 7 days.
If there is a superficial cut associated with it apply some antibiotic cream on it.
Consult your doctor if the problem persists.
