Question: What is the right dose for treating amoebiasis using Metronidazole combine with Co-trimoxazole in children 13 years old with a body weight of 69 kg ?

The usual doses of metronidazole is sufficient, if taken for optimum duration. The diagnosis must be finalised by a physician and the dose also should be decided by the practitioner.
