Question : What are the possible causes for a women you has these sympotoms at the beginning of her menstrural cycle just began: consistent diarrhea for 2 days; aches; chills then low fever?

Is the diarrhea associated with pus or blood?
Is the stool well formed or ill formed?
Does the stool smell odd?
