Question: Dear doctor,

This is XXXXXXX 33 years old, divorced man. I got divorced two years ago. During those two years I had sex 3 times with stranger girls .. None of those I did any intercourse at all vaginally nor anal.
I did the following on those 3 times..

Blow job with condom, hand job without condom, rubbing on her body( not vagina), kissing her body, foot job.

I never put my penis inside or even on the girl vagina nor licking or kissing her vagina. I even didn't do any open mouth kissing at all. I didn't do that because I was worried since that time and afraid from HIV so tried to protect myself as much as I can.

Last of those sex was about 6 months ago. I am healthy and don't have any problem.

The thing is always I am thinking that I might got AIDS. I know I may be over thinking or I could have HIV test, but it's little difficult to do such in my country.

For example. Few days ago l, I had itching without any kind of rash and I keep reading on websites that HIV is one of many causes for that. Or for example sometimes I have diarrhea without reason and I read also on web that HIV might one of hundreds of its causes.

Simply just keep thinking. I know it's not that easy to get HIV from what I had, but need to hear from a specialist also .
