Brief Answer:
Can be considered safe

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Although there is possibility of serotonin syndrome with use of cymbalta and doxepin and buspar together but the possibility is quite low in therapeutic dose range. This happens because there is over stimulation of serotonergic system by multiple medications.

Fortunately suboxone have little interaction with any of the mentioned medications and can be continued as per recommendation.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.
