TSH levels of 4.5 to 10.0 mIU/L are considered normal. In pregnancy an increase in TSH is more worrisome as it can cause a growth retardation in the baby.
The levels of HCG do not start declining at 8 weeks. A decrease in levels is indicative of a threatened abortion or a missed abortion. Do confirm this by repeat HCG levels after 48 hours and transvaginal USG scan.

At 6th week it was 44000 n now werk 9 57700 so normal

I had scan 2 weeks before at 7 weeks thy found heart beat n other thing week 6 was 44000 n week 8 Are 57700 it shouldnt b double ??

My cervix feels open n soft is to be worrisonme
