If you are unable to time the menstrual periods each month consecutively for three months it means an evaluation has to be done. Since you have medical problems like anemia the periods can be irregular. Any other medical problem can also prepone the periods they should be corrected first.
If you are unable to time the periods you cannot time the egg release dates from the ovary. When the couple meet during the high fertility period (around the egg release) the chances of pregnancy increase.
