Brief Answer:
You are free of HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you writing in healthcare magic.

I have seen carefully your lab results(not detected HIV -DNA and HIV- RNA), as well based on your negative results of 4th generation HIV test I think that you are free of HIV.
Please specify me how many days or months after the risky exposure you have done the 4 th HIV generation tests?

You should know that HIV-RNA test (The COBAS AmpliPrep/COBAS )is not intended for use as a screening test for the presence of HIV-1 in blood or as a diagnostic test to confirm the presence of HIV-1 infection.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Please don't worry! You are free of HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you writing back.

Based on your history, having negative results of 4th generation HIV test after 2.5 years of a risky exposure, I think you shouldn't worry because you are definitely free of HIV.
Having psoriasis does not necessarily mean being HIV positive because this is an autoimmune diseases.

I hope my answer helps you.
