Does Evion, Lycopene And Omega 3 Capsules Increase The Sperm Count?

Question: Me and my wife is trying for baby from last 4 months and she have not yet concived .. My gym trainer has suggested to eat evion 400 , lycopene and omega3 capsules for increasing sperm count and testostrone harmones.... Would these tablet help me for increase sperm count and should i give these tablet to my wife so that she could concieve fast ?

I understand your gym trainer wants to help you.

You dont need these suppliments. Because we dont know if your sperms are less. If not why to increase them.

First get simple semen analysis done in a good laboratory. Send me the report. If sperms are less you will need suppliments. Or else no use.

No use of these medicines for your wife either.
