Please Suggest A Healthy Diet To Control Weight

Hello, my name is Eric. I am 28 years old and as of late I have been gaining weight I really don t want to go on a diet cause I like to eat what I want, when I want, and how I want and I like everything very flavorful and very very spicy. Up till I turned 25 I always had a very fast metabolism so I was able to accomplish this with no repercussions but, now it is starting to effect me. A couple months ago I got an idea I want to try. Call me crazy but I would like to go on a salsa only diet. Over the past few weeks I have been looking online to find nutrition information and I have found that salsa is a great way to get my vegetable and fruit intake needed. Also homemade salsa has very low sodium and is full of antioxidants and many other healthy and valuable chemicals like lycopene and potassium. salsa also contains a high amount of water. salsa contains very little fat and sugar while providing vitamins and minerals. And I have heard that very spicy things like cayenne and habaneros and jalapenos cleanse your bowels. now the chips would be the complicated part, although Im sure I could find some vegetable chips or whole wheat for fiber and low calorie intake. another thing is protein which if I must have it I can eat one un seasoned chicken breast a day. I thought it would be best to consult a doctor before trying anything like this but I really want give it a shot. please let me know what you think about this and a possible pros and cons list. thank you for your time and hope to hear from you soon. Eric

Hi,

Weight loss is not a miracle.. You have to eat balanced and exercise regular for achieving a ideal body weight for life long.

Also dieting is not a solution for weight loss, Instead eat local and all seasonal food items and be regular in physical activity

Please follow the undermentioned points:-

1. drink 3-4 lit water every day
2. Start your day with 1-2 glass warm water - get fresh and take 8-10 soaked almonds and then go for morning exercise
3. Opt for wheat pooriadge/ Milk porriadge/ stuffed roties/ vegetable sandwiches/ Boiled pulses + 1 cup milk
4. Take 5 meals per day - 3 major meals and 2 small meals
5. 2 Servings of fruits every day
6. Eat all local and seasonal fruits and vegetables ( even mangoes ) but in limit
7. Take 2-3 Cups of green tea every day - 1 at bed time before sleep

Taru
