Brief Answer:
by 30 hours , effects should be reduced

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are no known interactions of these medications but persons react differently to medication, the response is individual

The half life of a medication is the time for the amount of medication in the body to decrease by half. It takes approximately 3 to 4 half lives for a medication to be mostly eliminated.

The half life of fexofenadine is approximately 11 to 15 hours, this means it would take 33 to 60 hours (2 1/2 days) for it to be mostly eliminated. During this 2 day period however, its levels would be steadily decreasing

The half life of duromine varies and it is estimated to be between 17 to 25 hours. This means that it would mostly be eliminated by 51 to 100 hours (4 days).
As with the fexofenadine, its levels would also be continuously decreasing during this time.

By 30 hours, fexofenadine would have decreased significantly so your effects should be reduced
It is possible that you may feel better before this point

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
