Brief Answer:
Yes,you can take ondansetron 8 mg.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

Yes,you can take ondansetron 8 mg which is one of the safest drugs nowadays and very good to control nausea or vomiting. It is also available over the counter.

You can take Tab.Tramadol 100 mg for pain relief if ibuprofen has not worked or caused nausea or gastritis.

Combination of tramadol and paracetamol will also be a good pain killer.

Hope this will help you and if you have anymore question then feel free to ask me.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip
