No. Linzess is not related to blood sugar metabolism.

Linzes is medication that causes excretion of salt and water with the stool improving constipation.
Diarrhea is a common side effect of it and may cause loss of liquids and hypotenion. Abdominal floating, dizziness, fainting ect are other side effects caused by Linzess.
In patients who have hypertension it may improve it, but it is not related to carbohydrates or lipids metabolism. So there is no effect on blood sugar.
