Smoking marijuana is dangerous in stroke patients. It can cause vasospasm, which might limit blood flow to sensitive areas in the brain. It can damage the lungs, which can decrease oxygenation of brain tissue. And it had negative effects on memory and cognition which may already be impaired in stroke patients. If it is illegal in your area, then of course it should not be used. So there are many reasons why this is a bad idea.
