You are asking the wrong question. If you ask about the likelihood, it is less likely and with other causes being more likely, I had asked for the context and had specified that the location is more important.
If you ask if it is possible to have malaria without fever, the answer is yes. But if you if it is likely, the answer is no. I hope that you get what I am talking about.
